What are the payment methods?

We accept payment by Master Card and Visa. Other credit cards will not be accepted. The name on the credit card must match that of the person who submitted the order form. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs of shipping and all associated fees are included in the selling price of the product.

When will my order be shipped?

Upon receiving a completed order form, a Jet8 representative will contact the submitter to request the necessary credit card information. In order to arrange payment, the following information will be necessary:

The requested good(s) will be shipped upon the confirmation of a successful credit transaction using the credit card information provided by the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While the amount of time required differs from region to region, the standard time frame is between seven and ten days. This may also differ depending on the nature of the product and any special requests on the user's behalf. We will inform the user of the estimated time of shipment upon the completion of all shipping arrangements.

Can you ship to any country?

In general, restricted regions will be listed on the page of the individual items. However, due to the volatile nature of customs laws and regulations pertaining to the shipment of international refrigerated and frozen food items, there may be countries or regions to which we are temporarily unable to provide shipment. In the event that a user requests shipment to a country or region to which we are presently unable to provide shipment, we will inform the user accordingly and decline shipment. No fees or costs to the user will be incurred. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

A food item I'd like to order isn't listed on your site. Do you handle special requests?

All of the items presently for sale are listed on this site. However, as it is our goal to provide popular Japanese food items to many customers the world over, we will consider any requests for future products. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or suggestions for future products you may have.

What if the product fails to arrive or is ruined in transit?

In the event that a product arrives damaged or fails to arrive, or the product arrives but it is not the product requested, please contact us immediately. We will strive to work toward an acceptable arrangement.

Can I cancel an order?

We do not accept the cancellation of orders.

Do you accept the return of items?

We do not accept the return of orders.

Can I request gift wrapping?

We do not presently accept requests for gift wrapping.

I'd prefer not to place an order over the Internet. Are there any other methods?

If the user prefers, we will accept orders via email, although this email must contain all of the information required to make an online submission. Please feel free to contact us.

Can I have my shipment broken up into separate shipments to multiple addresses?

Each individual shipment must be sent to a single address. While we apologize in advance for the inconvenience, should a user desire multiple shipments to multiple locations, each shipment must be submitted individually.
